The slider uses a torsion shaft synchronous mechanism. Both ends of the torsion shaft are equipped with high-precision conical centering bearings, and an eccentric adjustment mechanism is added.
An upper mold deflection compensation mechanism is adopted to compensate for the deflection of the worktable and slider caused by mechanical loading, thereby improving the bending accuracy.
The bending angle adjustment is driven by the reducer to move the mechanical stop block inside the cylinder, and the numerical value is displayed by the travel counter.
A remote pressure regulating valve is set on the right side of the column.
A manual oil pump is installed on the inner side of the wall panel.
The rear stopper adopts a precision-ground flat plate design, with high adjustment accuracy.
